Dough
- 400 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 80 g butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
Cream
- 500 ml milk
- 120 g sugar
- 60 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Topping
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat honey, butter, and sugar until melted.
- Remove from heat, add eggs and baking soda, then mix in flour to make dough.
- Divide dough into 4 parts and roll into thin layers.
- Bake each layer at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes.
- For cream, cook milk, sugar, and flour until thick. Let cool, then mix with butter and vanilla.
- Spread cream between layers and stack them.
- Dust the top with powdered sugar.
- Refrigerate 4–6 hours before cutting.
