
Ingredients
Cake
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate coating
- 200 ml milk
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 g butter
For coating
- 200 g shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Mix flour with baking powder and add to the batter.
- Pour into a baking pan and bake 25–30 minutes.
- Let the cake cool, then cut into squares.
- Heat milk, butter, sugar, and cocoa until smooth.
- Dip each cake cube into the chocolate mixture.
- Roll immediately in shredded coconut.
- Let set before serving.
