Ingredients
- 14 oz (400 g) graham crackers or chocolate wafer cookies
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3.4 oz (95 g) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips or ganache
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix with milk; let set 5 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream with vanilla until soft peaks; fold into pudding.
- Layer cookies and pudding mixture in a 9×13-inch dish, ending with pudding.
- Refrigerate 4+ hours or overnight.
- Top with chocolate chips or melted chocolate before serving.
