Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3.4 oz (95 g) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips or ganache

Instructions

  1. Whisk pudding mix with milk; let set 5 minutes.
  2. Whip heavy cream with vanilla until soft peaks; fold into pudding.
  3. Layer cookies and pudding mixture in a 9×13-inch dish, ending with pudding.
  4. Refrigerate 4+ hours or overnight.
  5. Top with chocolate chips or melted chocolate before serving.
