🍎 Ingredients (9×13 inch pan)

Dough:

  • 2½ cups (320 g) all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup (150 g) sugar

  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Apple Filling:

  • 4–5 large apples (about 2 lbs / 900 g), grated

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (to absorb juices)

Form into dough and divide into 2 parts.
