
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground pork or mixed pork & beef
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or soaked bread, squeezed)
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp marjoram (optional but traditional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, pepper, and marjoram.
- Form small oval or round meatballs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry meatballs until golden brown and cooked through, turning as needed.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
