
Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Steam or blanch broccoli until just tender.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Add pasta and broccoli, toss to coat.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Serve hot.
