
Crispy Fried Bacon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8–10 slices of bacon (or however many you want)
Instructions:
- Prepare the pan: Place a cold skillet on the stove. Lay the bacon strips in a single layer—don’t overlap.
- Cook slowly: Turn the heat to medium-low. Let the bacon cook slowly so the fat renders out and the meat gets crispy.
- Flip occasionally: Use tongs to turn the bacon every few minutes for even cooking.
- Check crispiness: Cook until golden brown and crispy (usually 8–12 minutes depending on thickness).
- Drain: Transfer cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess grease.
- Serve: Enjoy hot!
