Garlic and Butter Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Garlic Butter

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Optional: chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add water and oil; knead into a soft dough.
  2. Cover and rest 20 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into small balls and roll into thin circles.
  4. Cook on a hot skillet 1–2 minutes per side until bubbles and golden spots appear.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic (and parsley).
  6. Brush hot flatbreads with garlic butter and serve.
