
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- Optional: chopped parsley
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add water and oil; knead into a soft dough.
- Cover and rest 20 minutes.
- Divide dough into small balls and roll into thin circles.
- Cook on a hot skillet 1–2 minutes per side until bubbles and golden spots appear.
- Mix melted butter with garlic (and parsley).
- Brush hot flatbreads with garlic butter and serve.
