
Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry Pockets
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Optional: mustard or cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking sheet.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place ham and cheese (and optional mustard or cream cheese) in the center.
- Fold into pockets and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
