Honey Garlic Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Season ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Place ribs in a baking dish, cover tightly with foil, and bake 1½–2 hours until tender.
  3. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, and vinegar.
  4. Uncover ribs, brush with sauce, and bake 20–30 minutes, basting once or twice, until sticky and glazed.
