
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Honey Garlic Sauce
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Season ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place ribs in a baking dish, cover tightly with foil, and bake 1½–2 hours until tender.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, and vinegar.
- Uncover ribs, brush with sauce, and bake 20–30 minutes, basting once or twice, until sticky and glazed.
