
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup roasted green chiles, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 12–14 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying (or cooking spray for baking/air fryer)
Instructions
- Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in green chiles, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Let cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese.
- Place 2–3 tbsp filling on each egg roll wrapper; roll and seal edges with water.
- Fry in hot oil at 350°F (175°C) for 3–4 minutes until golden, or
bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, or air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 8–10 minutes. - Serve hot.
