✅ Ingredients (1–2 servings)
- 1 cup cooked Italian sausage or ground beef
- ½ cup pizza sauce (low-carb / sugar-free)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pepperoni slices
- ¼ cup mushrooms, sliced
- ¼ cup bell peppers, chopped
- 2 tbsp black olives, sliced (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: crushed red pepper, fresh basil, parmesan
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
