
🍫✨ Ferrero Rocher Cake
Ingredients
Chocolate Cake
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot coffee or hot water
Hazelnut Cream Filling
- 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
- ½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella-style)
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
Chocolate Ganache
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
Topping
- Ferrero Rocher chocolates (whole or halved)
- Chopped hazelnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease two round cake pans.
- Mix dry cake ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla.
Stir in hot coffee/water. - Bake 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and hazelnut spread until smooth.
Whip cream separately, then fold together. - Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
- Assemble: cake layer → hazelnut cream → cake layer.
- Cover with ganache and decorate with Ferrero Rocher.
- Chill 30 minutes before serving.
