🛒 Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 6 oz (170 g) scallops
- 6 oz (170 g) crab meat (or lobster, optional)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small shallot or onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup fish stock or seafood broth
- ½ cup grated Gruyère or Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp flour
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Pinch of paprika or cayenne (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté shallot until soft.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
- Slowly add fish stock, then cream, stirring until smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Gently fold in shrimp, scallops, and crab.
- Spoon mixture into small oven-safe ramekins (cassolettes).
- Sprinkle cheese (and breadcrumbs if using) on top.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
