🛒 Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella/Colby Jack)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray or lightly grease a dish.
- In a large bowl, combine:
- Ground chicken
- Breadcrumbs
- Egg
- Milk
- Garlic, spices, salt & pepper
- Half of the shredded cheese
- Mix gently (don’t overmix).
- Shape into meatballs and place in the dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of each meatball.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through and golden.
