
🧀🥩 Cheesy Beef Stuffed Wraps (Baked & Golden)

🛒 Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp cumin or Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
- 6–8 flour tortillas or soft wraps
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk (for brushing)
- Fresh parsley (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Cook the Filling
- In a pan, cook ground beef with onion until browned.
- Add garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
- Cook until flavorful and slightly saucy.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Assemble
- Lay a tortilla flat.
- Add beef mixture + generous cheese in the center.
- Fold sides in and roll tightly (like a burrito).
- Prepare for Baking
- Place wraps seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Brush tops with egg yolk + milk.
- Drizzle or brush melted butter on top.
- Bake
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes,
until golden brown and crispy on top.
