  • 1 cup 7UP (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Zest of 1–2 lemons
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Lemon Glaze

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3–4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, extra shine)
