Cake
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 large eggs (room temperature)
- 3 cups cake flour (or all-purpose flour)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup 7UP (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Zest of 1–2 lemons
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Lemon Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3–4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, extra shine)

- Prep
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan. - Cream butter & sugar
Beat until light and fluffy (5–7 minutes). - Add eggs
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. - Mix dry ingredients
Whisk flour and salt. Add to batter alternately with 7UP. - Flavor it
Mix in lemon juice, zest, and vanilla. - Bake
Pour into pan and bake 60–70 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. - Glaze
Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan, drizzle glaze over warm cake.
