Why It’s Called “Earthquake”

As it bakes, the cream cheese mixture sinks and cracks the cake—creating delicious earthquake-style swirls 😍

Tips

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
  • Use freeze-dried strawberries for stronger flavor
  • Don’t overbake—gooey is the goal!

If you want, I can:

  • Make it from scratch (no box mix)
