
Classic Crêpes Recipe 🥞✨
Ingredients
- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1¼ cups (300 ml) milk
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sweet crêpes)
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
- ½ tsp vanilla (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Let batter rest 10–15 minutes (best texture).
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour a small ladle of batter, swirl to coat pan thinly.
- Cook 30–40 seconds until edges lift, flip and cook 15–20 seconds more.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
