Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-size pieces
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water; drain.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower heat. Add butter and garlic to the skillet; sauté 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in cream and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  7. Add pasta and steak bites. Toss to coat, adding pasta water if needed.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
