Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet. Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk until combined.
  4. Mix in corn and 1 cup of cheese.
  5. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
  6. Arrange tater tots on top in a single layer.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese over tots.
  8. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
