
🧄🧈🧀 10-Minute Garlic Butter Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or penne)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta in well-salted water until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
- In the same pot or a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté 30–40 seconds until fragrant (do not brown).
- Add cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water.
- Toss in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Stir until creamy and glossy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
