
🥔🍔 The Easy Hamburger Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4–5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp paprika or Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned; season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk.
- Layer half the potatoes in the baking dish. Top with half the beef, then half the soup mixture and cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 15–20 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
