🍍 No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz / 560 g) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers (optional base)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (optional, for base)

Instructions

  1. (Optional base) Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a dish and chill 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whip the cold cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Fold in the well-drained pineapple.
  5. Spread mixture over the base (or directly into a dish).
  6. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.
  7. Serve chilled.

Tips

  • Drain pineapple very well to keep it creamy
  • Add shredded coconut for a tropical twist 🌴
  • No oven • No gelatin • Super creamy 😍
