🍍 No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz / 560 g) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers (optional base)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (optional, for base)
Instructions
- (Optional base) Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a dish and chill 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, whip the cold cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
- Fold in the well-drained pineapple.
- Spread mixture over the base (or directly into a dish).
- Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.
- Serve chilled.
Tips
- Drain pineapple very well to keep it creamy
- Add shredded coconut for a tropical twist 🌴
