
🍖 Oven-Baked Glazed Pork Chops (Juicy & Caramelized)
Ingredients
- 6–8 thick pork chops (or pork loin slices)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Glaze
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire, and mustard.
- Arrange pork chops in the baking dish and pour glaze over them.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, spoon sauce over chops, and bake another 15–20 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.
- Broil 2–3 minutes if needed for extra color.
