🍖 Oven-Baked Glazed Pork Chops (Juicy & Caramelized)

Ingredients

  • 6–8 thick pork chops (or pork loin slices)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Glaze

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil.
  2. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire, and mustard.
  4. Arrange pork chops in the baking dish and pour glaze over them.
  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake 30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, spoon sauce over chops, and bake another 15–20 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.
  7. Broil 2–3 minutes if needed for extra color.

Perfect with mashed potatoes or rice.
