Ingredients

  • 1½ lb sea scallops, cleaned and patted dry
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange scallops in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spoon over scallops.
  4. Combine Parmesan and breadcrumbs; sprinkle evenly on top.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until scallops are opaque and topping is golden.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
