
🧄🧈 GARLIC BUTTER BAKED SCALLOPS
Ingredients
- 1½ lb sea scallops, cleaned and patted dry
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange scallops in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spoon over scallops.
- Combine Parmesan and breadcrumbs; sprinkle evenly on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until scallops are opaque and topping is golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
