Crispy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb potatoes (Yukon Gold or baby red), halved or cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place potatoes in a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss well.
  3. Arrange potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the potatoes.
  5. Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
