
Crispy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lb potatoes (Yukon Gold or baby red), halved or cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place potatoes in a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss well.
- Arrange potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the potatoes.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
