FOUR-INGREDIENT CREAMY GARLIC PARMESAN PASTA
Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
- In the same pot or a skillet, warm the heavy cream over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and simmer gently for 1–2 minutes (do not boil).
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and toss well. Use a little reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
