
Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Dip 🧀🌿
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Mix base: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add flavor: Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Fold in veggies & cheese: Add spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Mix well.
- Bake: Spread into dish and bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

- Add chopped cooked bacon for extra flavor.
