Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 Β½ cups warm water
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 Β½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix flour + yeast + salt.
- Add warm water; stir into a sticky dough.
- Cover and rest 8β12 hours.
- Shape into a ball; rest 30 min.
- Preheat Dutch oven at 230Β°C / 450Β°F.
- Place dough in pot (on parchment).
- Bake 30 min covered, then 10β15 min uncovered.
- Cool before slicing.
