⭐ Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes (best kind for baking)
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt (coarse/sea salt works best)
  • Optional:
    • Butter
    • Sour cream
    • Shredded cheese
    • Chives/green onions
    • Bacon bits

1. Prep the Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 425°F / 220°C
  • Scrub potatoes clean, dry well
