  • 2 cups oats (rolled or quick)
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk (any type)
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Optional add-ins (still no sugar):

  • Raisins or dates (natural sweetness)
  • Ground flaxseed
  • Nuts or seeds
