Ingredients
Fruit Base
- 2 apples, diced (Honeycrisp or Gala work great)
- 2 pears, diced
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup green seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional but delicious)
Creamy Maple Cinnamon Dressing
- ¾ cup vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1–2 tbsp brown sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
