Ingredients

For the Chocolate Buttercream:

  • 4 oz (115 g) dark chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Caramel Topping:

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
