🄤 Beetroot & Lemon Juice Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium beetroot, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 cup water (or coconut water)
  • (Optional) A small piece of fresh ginger or a few mint leaves for flavour

Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel the beetroot, chop into small pieces.
  2. Put the beetroot (and ginger/mint if using) into a blender with the water. Blend until smooth.
