🍩 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup (115 g) butter or margarine, cold and cubed
  • ½ cup (120 ml) sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar or extract

For frying and coating:

  • Oil for frying
  • ½ cup (100 g) sugar (for coating)
  • Optional: 1 tsp ground cinnamon
