- 2 medium zucchini, shredded (about 2 cups, squeezed dry)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- ยฝ cup melted butter
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
