- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
- Β½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheeses)
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands), each biscuit cut into quarters
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: ΒΌ cup chopped green onions or cooked bacon for topping
- Optional: Extra cheese for topping
