👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep

Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Layer

Place the puff pastry flat.
Cover evenly with ham slices.
Sprinkle cheese generously over the ham.

3. Fold & Press

Fold the pastry in half to cover the ham & cheese.
Press lightly so it sticks together.

4. Cut Strips

Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice into 1 cm / ½ inch strips.

5. Twist

Hold each strip at both ends and twist several times.
Lay on tray.

6. Brush & Bake

Brush with egg wash.
(Optional: sprinkle sesame, oregano, parmesan, or pepper.)

Bake 15–18 mins until puffed and golden.
