- ½ cup breadcrumbs

- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Creamy Spinach Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix all meatball ingredients until just combined.
- Form into meatballs and place in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Bake 15 minutes until lightly golden.
Sauce
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
