
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Blend oats into a flour (if using whole oats).
- Mash bananas well in a bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, and mix until smooth.
- Add oat flour, baking powder, salt — mix again.
- Fold in shredded cheese.
- Pour batter into a loaf pan lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle a bit more cheese on top (highly recommended 😉).
- Bake 25–35 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm!

- Swap banana for Greek yogurt if you want zero sweetness.
- Add turkey or smoked ham pieces for extra protein.
- Turn into mini buns: bake in muffin tins (15–18 min).
