1. Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, lump crab, imitation crab, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until creamy and fully combined.
2. Assemble the Bombs
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface.
- Spoon about 1–2 teaspoons of the crab mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper to form a triangle or ball, pressing edges to seal tightly.
3. Cook the Bombs
- Option 1: Frying
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the Crab Rangoon Bombs until golden brown (about 2–3 minutes per side).
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Option 2: Baking
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush lightly with oil and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden.
4. Serve
Serve warm with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
