- Cook the pasta:
Boil pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain, toss with 2 tbsp butter and Parmesan, and set aside. - Prepare the steak bites:
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak bites in batches (about 1–2 minutes per side) until browned.
- Remove and set aside.

- In the same pan, reduce heat to medium.

- Combine everything:
- Return steak bites to the pan. Toss well to coat in garlic butter.
- Add the cooked pasta shells and mix gently until coated.
- Serve:
