- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour about ΒΌ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to spread thinly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.

- Spread your favorite filling, then roll or fold the pancake.
- Dust with powdered sugar if serving sweet.
