🥞 Hungarian Pancakes (Palacsinta)


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
  2. Gradually add flour and mix until smooth and thin (like crepe batter).
  3. Stir in oil or melted butter.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan lightly greased.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to coat the pan thinly.
  6. Cook for about 1 minute, flip, and cook the other side.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter.

Filling Ideas:

  • Jam or fruit preserves
  • Sweetened cocoa powder
  • Nutella
  • Sweet cheese (ricotta or cottage cheese)

Roll or fold and serve warm.
