
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
- Gradually add flour and mix until smooth and thin (like crepe batter).
- Stir in oil or melted butter.
- Heat a non-stick pan lightly greased.
- Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to coat the pan thinly.
- Cook for about 1 minute, flip, and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter.

- Jam or fruit preserves
- Sweetened cocoa powder
- Nutella
- Sweet cheese (ricotta or cottage cheese)
Roll or fold and serve warm.
