🥘 Chicken and Potato Bake 🥘


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, toss potato cubes with 2 tbsp olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place potatoes in the baking dish and roast for 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  4. Meanwhile, season chicken with salt, pepper, and a little paprika.
  5. After 25 minutes, place the seasoned chicken pieces on top of the partially roasted potatoes.
  6. Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil. Bake for another 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are golden.
  7. (Optional) Sprinkle with cheese during the last 5 minutes and bake until melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot!
