- Activate yeast:

- Make the dough:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. - Add eggs, vanilla, softened butter, and yeast mixture.
- Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- First rise:
Cover and let dough rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Shape rolls:
Divide dough into equal portions and shape into smooth balls. - Place on a lined baking tray or in a baking dish.
- Second rise:
Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes until puffy.
- Bake:
Brush with egg wash.
🔥 Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
