👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Activate yeast:
    Mix yeast with warm milk and a little sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

  1. Make the dough:
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add eggs, vanilla, softened butter, and yeast mixture.
  3. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  1. First rise:
    Cover and let dough rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.

  1. Shape rolls:
    Divide dough into equal portions and shape into smooth balls.
  2. Place on a lined baking tray or in a baking dish.

  1. Second rise:
    Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes until puffy.

  1. Bake:
    Brush with egg wash.

🔥 Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
