- Cut into 2-inch squares or circles.
- Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each piece.
- Fold opposite corners together (or roll like crescent rolls) and pinch to seal.
3️⃣ Bake
- Place kiffles on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush tops with egg white for a golden shine.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until lightly golden.
4️⃣ Cool & Dust with Sugar
