- Cook Pasta
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Sauté Sausage & Veggies
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft (about 5–6 minutes). Stir in garlic and cook for 1 more minute. - Make the Sauce
Reduce heat to medium. Add cream, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and let simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. - Combine Everything
Stir in cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss until well-coated and heated through. Adjust seasoning as needed. - Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with parsley or green onions. Serve hot!
