Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 300 ml hot water
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil for kneading/cooking
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare Yeast:
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.
2️⃣ Make Dough:
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Gradually add yeast mixture and a splash of oil.
- Knead until smooth and elastic.
3️⃣ Rest:
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 30–45 minutes, until doubled in size.
